Volunteer Hours
Reporting your volunteer time is very important as this information is needed for our monthly board reports and for our accrediting organization ProLiteracy America. This information is also valuable when applying for grants.
Please use one of two ways to submit your volunteer hours: Print and mail or fax the appropriate form (see above "All Volunteers" or "Student Interviewers") or complete and submit the following form.
