- Indiana Literacy Association
- This Association seeks to improve access to literacy and basic skills education by providing for the professional development and networking needs of literacy volunteers and organizations serving adult and family literacy clients in the state of Indiana.
- Indiana LINCS
- A local resource site that offers a wide selection of literacy materials.
- ProLiteracy Worldwide
- The oldest and largest nongovernmental literacy organization in the world. It was formed by the merger of Laubach Literacy International and Literacy Volunteers of America, Inc.
- National Institute for Literacy (NIFL)
- Excellent site for adult literacy information and statistics.
- Verizon Literacy Campus (VLC)
- VLC offers free online courses, a listing of literacy programs across the country, and many other resources to support literacy organizations, volunteers and anyone wanting to know more about literacy.
- National Center for Family Literacy (NCFL)
- NCFL creates educational and economic opportunities for at-risk children and parents. Provides an array of information about family literacy.
- Learning Resources
- Site allows literacy students to read stories, view videos and hear sound.
- abcteach
- A site designed for teachers. Over 5000 free printable activities and worksheets. Activities include reading comprehension, math, flash cards, crossword puzzles, etc.
- DiscoverySchool.com
- Great site for students and tutors. Full of activities, resources and information.
- Adult Learning Activities
- Contains student activities and tutor resources. Good site to get copies of news stories written at a lower level.
- PEAK English
- An online interactive English School that is designed to work on English speaking and grammar skills. The site requires a "log-on". There are scheduled live "chats" with teachers and games such as "Hangman" or "Mortal Grammar".

- Free English teaching and learning materials for students and teachers. Resources are organized by skill and level for quick and easy access.
